Sports Club Management Platform

An installable web app for martial-arts and sports clubs: timetable and bookings, trial-class requests, QR check-in, parent accounts, coach and admin workspaces, and a club shop.

Working demo; the core modules run on a test database. Not yet in production use, and online card payments are not connected.

    We learn how your business works and agree on what to build.

    A conversation with you — and, where useful, with the people who will use the system. We map the current process and agree on scope, budget and timeline in writing before development starts.

    Design

    We design the solution before we build it.

    User flows, page structure and interface design. For larger projects, a clickable prototype — so you can change direction while changes are still cheap.

    Build

    We develop in stages and show progress.

    You get access to a working test version as it grows and can give feedback early. Critical parts such as payments, bookings and access rights are covered by automated tests.

    Launch

    We test, launch and hand over.

    Final checks together with you, hosting and domain set-up, data transfer where needed, and handover of access and documentation as agreed.
