What we believe
01
Problems before pixels.
A beautiful interface that solves the wrong problem is an expensive mistake. Every project starts with understanding how your business actually works.
02
Small, working, then bigger.
We build the smallest version that proves its value, put it in front of real users, and grow it from what we learn.
03
Honest by default.
Realistic estimates, clear trade-offs and no inflated claims. If something is a demo, we call it a demo. If we are not the right fit, we say so.
What we agree on in every project.
The details — scope, timeline, support, handover — are written into each agreement. These are the principles behind them.
- AgreementClear scope and price
- Scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before work begins. If something changes, we agree on it again — no surprises on the invoice.
- ProgressWorking versions along the way
- During development you get access to a test version and regular updates on what has been done and what comes next.
- TestingTested before handover
- Every feature is checked before it reaches you. Critical logic such as payments, bookings and access rights is covered by automated tests.
- SecurityEstablished security practices
- Access only where needed, validation on the server, secrets kept out of code, card payments handled by certified providers. An independent security audit can be arranged on request.
- HandoverDefined in the agreement
- What you receive at the end — code, accounts, access and documentation — is defined in the agreement for each project.
- SupportOptional, never forced
- Maintenance and further development are optional and agreed separately. You decide whether and how much you need.
Clear scope. Visible progress. No surprises.
Every project starts with a conversation and a written scope: what will be built, what will not, and how we will know it works. Price is agreed before development begins — never generated by a calculator.
Timelines depend on the scope and are agreed per project. We don't promise dates before we understand the work.
If a project needs skills outside our core, we can bring in trusted specialists — always with your agreement and within the agreed budget.
