Who is responsible

This website is operated by Prime Ember.

What we collect

Only what you enter in our forms: your name and email address, and — depending on the form — your company, website, project details or partner information, plus your solution-finder answers if you choose to attach them.

To protect the forms from abuse, our server briefly processes your IP address for rate limiting. It is kept in memory only and is not stored with your message.

Why we use it

To read and reply to your message and, if we work together, to prepare a proposal. We may send you an automatic confirmation that your message has arrived. We do not sell your data, add you to marketing lists or use it for advertising.

Where it goes

Messages are stored in our database and delivered to us by email through an email delivery service acting on our behalf. The website is hosted by a cloud hosting provider. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you choose a language with the language switcher, a small cookie remembers that choice for one year.

Your browser may keep solution-finder answers in session storage so they can be attached to your enquiry; they are deleted when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to reply and, if a project follows, for the duration of our cooperation and any legally required record-keeping period. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict its use. Contact us and we will respond within the time required by law.
